Hydropac Ltd began manufacturing in High Wycombe in 2002 and has successfully grown its business to become a key player in the Temperature Controlled Food Shipment and Retail Industries.
The Management Team each have at least 10 years experience in their respective fields; experience which ensures Hydropac offers its customers the highest quality products, on time and at the best value.

Mike Collins Managing Director |
Mike is an experienced Business Manager, who has been at the forefront of Hydropac’s development. Having spent several years as the Operations Director for a global Medical Device company his quality standard levels are second to none. In addition Mike has several years experience working for a World Class Manufacturing Consultancy specialising in Lean Manufacturing. This is great news for all of Hydropac’s customers; efficiency in manufacturing equals higher quality products at the best possible value. | |

David Baverstock Production Director |
David is a critical member of the Hydropac team, with over 30 years manufacturing experience, 25 years of which in design and build of machinery and 11 years in temperature controlled cooling products; in particular the unique pocketed Ice Sheets and Ice Mats. | |

Michael Adams QC & Product Development Manager |
Mick is responsible for maintaining Hydropac’s quality integrity and development and in the testing of new products. Beyond these key activities further responsibilities include: auditing Health and Safety, environmental issues, fire prevention audits and business systems management. | |

Adam Hart Technical Sales Manager |
Adam has been a technical sales specialist within the areas of temperature control packaging and cooling media for over 10 years. His product experience includes insulated packaging for the distribution of both temperature sensitive pharmaceutical products and fine foods as well as the use of dry ice for shipping deep frozen goods. | |

Cat Russell Customer Services Manager |
Cat is highly experienced when it comes to dealing with customers and understanding their needs. Her background includes running a helpdesk for over a year and some 8 years delaing with customers face to face. Hydropac and its customers will benefit from her excellent sales, technical and organisational skills ensuring the highest customer service to each and every customer. |
